Ingredients
  

  • 3 packs Whipping powder
  • 2 bottles Yakult Gold
  • 1 cup Whipping Cream
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 280 grams Cream Cheese
  • Canned or Fresh Pineapple
  • Passion Fruit
  • Pineapple Juice
  • Lady Finger Buiscuit
  • Shredded Coconut

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl mix whipping powder, 2 bottles of Yakult Gold, whipping cream, and vanilla till thick and creamy
  • Add your cream cheese into the mixture and whisk till fluffy and creamy
  • In a separate bowl mix the sliced pineapple and passion fruit
  • Dip lady finger into a sugar syrup and place into container
  • Layer it with the cream cheese mixture
  • Top it with pineapple passion fruit mixture and shreded coconut
  • do this one more time for added layers.
  • Garnish the top with fresh passion fruit
  • Serve and enjoy

  • Blend till well combine

  • 200 grams Chocolate
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 3 sachets Whipping Powder
  • 2 bottles Yakult Gold
  • 1/2 cup Whipping Cream

Instructions
 

  • Chop and melt the chocolate
  • Add cream then set aside
  • In a separate bowl, mix 3 sachets of whipping cream, 2 bottles of Yakult gold, and whipping cream, whisk till combine
  • Mix cream and melted chocolate till combine
  • Transfer in a glass then garnish with fruits and chocolate
  • Serve and enjoy

Ingredients
  

  • Puff pastry squares
  • 3 packs Whipping powder
  • 2 bottles Yakult Gold
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup Whipping Cream
  • 2 tbsp Icing sugar
  • 140 grams Cream Cheese
  • 1 can Cherry filling/jam
  • Melted Butter

Instructions
 

  • In a baking tray, brush puff pastry squares with butter
  • Bake it at 450 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes
  • Combine whipping powder, Yakult gold, vanilla, and whipping cream
  • Whisk till cream doubles in size
  • Then add cream cheese and whisk till combine
  • Start assembling by crushing the puff pasty square in a container
  • Then layer it with cream cheese and cherry filling
  • Do the layering for one more time
  • Garnish with some berries at top then serve

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1 cup Strawberry
  • 1/2 cup Blueberry
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 4 packs Whipping Powder
  • 2 bottles Yakult Gold
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla
  • 350 grams Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1 box Lady Finger Biscuit
  • Pistachio for Garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a pot dissolve 1 1/2 cup of sugar in 3 cups of water
  • Pour the strawberries, Blueberry, and Raspberry into the sugar syrup, stir it up for few minutes
  • Strain all the fruits to remove the excess syrup, set aside the syrup we will still use later.
  • In a separate bowl mix 3 packs whipping powder, 2 bottles of Yakult gold, 1 cup of cream, and 1 tbsp of vanilla
  • Continue whisking while adding the 350 grams of mascarpone cheese
  • In a container layer the lady finger biscuit while dipping it with the sugar syrup.
  • For the second layer cover the lady finger with cream cheese mixture
  • And for the third layer add the fruits
  • Do the layering again untill you fill the container to the top
  • Fill the top layer with cream cheese the garnish with more berries and pistachio.
  • Serve and enjoy

  • Ready Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 2 bottles Yakult Gold
  • 3 tbs Chocolate spread
  • 1 can Cream
  • 3 packs Whipping powder
  • 2 cups Whipping cream

Toppings

  • Strawberries
  • Raspberry
  • Blueberry
  • Chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Bake the Chocolate ready mix as per instruction
  • After cooling the cake, scrape the center of the cake then set aside
  • In a blender combine the cake leftover, 2 bottles of Yakult gold, chocolate spread, cream, whipping powder and whipping cream
  • Blend till creamy and smooth
  • Pour the chocolate cream mixture into the cake
  • Garnish it with fruit berries and chocolate chips
  • Put it on the fridge for 2-3 hours
  • Serve and enjoy

Toppings for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a baking tray place puff pastry squares
  • Brush each pastry squares with melted butter
  • Springkle with sugar and ground cinnamon
  • Bake the pastries at 425°F until puffed: Bake just until you see them puff up and just start to brown, roughly 10 minutes

Cream Cheese Mixture

  • In a clean bowl mix cream cheese, vanilla, and Icing sugar
  • In a separate bowl add 2 bottles of yakult gold and whipping powder, mix it untill it double in size
  • Mix the cream cheese mixture and whipping cream
  • Assemble the puff pastry by topping it with the cream cheese mixture
  • Add additional toppings like cherry and pistachios
  • Serve and enjoy

  • In a blender add 2 cups of dice mangoes and 2 bottles of Yakult Gold
  • Add 2 tsp sugar and 1 tsp vanilla
  • Add 1 cup passion fuit juice and Ice cubes
  • Add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and blend
  • Transfer the blended mixture in a clean glass
  • Top it with whipped cream and crushed pistachios (optional)
