Chocolate Mousse Cake

Equipment

  • Oven

Ingredients
  

  • Ready Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 2 bottles Yakult Gold
  • 3 tbs Chocolate spread
  • 1 can Cream
  • 3 packs Whipping powder
  • 2 cups Whipping cream

Toppings

  • Strawberries
  • Raspberry
  • Blueberry
  • Chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Bake the Chocolate ready mix as per instruction
  • After cooling the cake, scrape the center of the cake then set aside
  • In a blender combine the cake leftover, 2 bottles of Yakult gold, chocolate spread, cream, whipping powder and whipping cream
  • Blend till creamy and smooth
  • Pour the chocolate cream mixture into the cake
  • Garnish it with fruit berries and chocolate chips
  • Put it on the fridge for 2-3 hours
  • Serve and enjoy

Best serve cold
