Ingredients
  

  • 2 bottles Yakult Gold
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • Corn starch mixed in 1 cup of water
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla flavored yogurt

Instructions
 

  • In a clean bowl add your 2 bottles of Yakult Gold and add 1 cup of oats and mix
  • Add tbs chia seeds, 1 tsp cinnamon powder, and 1tbs honey
  • Mix well & set aside
  • In a pan mix 2 cups of frozen strawberries and 1/2 cup of sugar on low heat
  • add 1 tbs of dissolved corn starch in water
  • set it a side to cool when the mixture starts to thicken

Assembling

  • In a clean glass container, start assembling by adding the Oats mixture
  • then add some vanilla yogurt for the second layer
  • on the third layer add the strawberry syrup
  • Serve cold and enjoy

Ingredients
  

Raspberry Mousse

  • 3 packs whipping powder
  • 2 bottles Yakult Gold
  • 2 cups Frozen Raspberry
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbs Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 tbs Gelatine

Charlotte base

  • Lady fingers biscuits
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tbs Sugar
  • 1 tbs Lemon juice

Toppings

  • Raspberries
  • Mint Leaves Optional
  • Whipped Cream

Instructions
 

Raspberry Mousse

  • On a pot add sugar, lemon juice & frozen raspberry in low heat
  • Keep stirring till all ingredients combine
  • Strain the mixture to remove seeds
  • Place it back on the pan & add gelatin
  • Keep stirring till gelatin is dissolved & then set aside to cool (avoid boiling it)
  • In a separate bowl add the whipping powder and 2 bottles of Yakult gold
  • Whisk till creamy and fluffy texture
  • Gradually fold in the raspberry syrup (the raspberry syrup should be cooled completely)

Base for the Chorlotte cake

  • Chop the lady finger
  • For the syrup mixture, add 1 cup water, 1 tbs sugar and 1 tbs lemon juice then mix it toger untill sugar completly dissolved
  • Start assembling the base by dipping the lady finger in the syrum mixture and put it on your glass container
  • the add the cream mixture and top it with fresh raspberries
  • Place in fridge before serving to serve cold

Ingredients
  

Cream Cheese Mixture

  • 3 packs Whipping powder
  • 2 bottles Yakult Gold
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 400 grams Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 cup Cold Water
  • 1 tbsp Gelatin

Cheese Mold

  • Whte Chocolate
  • Yellow food coloring
  • Silicone Cheese Molder

Choice of Fruit Fillings

  • Strawberry
  • Mangoes
  • Berries

Instructions
 

Cheese Mold Instructions

  • Melt white chocolate on a double boiler
  • Keep mixing till all chocolate is melted
  • Add drops of yellow food coloring
  • Place chocolate in the mold & remove any excess
  • Place in the fridge untill chocolate is set

Cream Filling Mixture

  • Add 2 bottles of Yakult gold and whipping powder in a bowl
  • Whisk it until fluffy texture and set aside
  • In another mixing bowl, mix cream cheese and vanilla and set aside
  • Bloom gelatin using cold water and set aside
  • once gelatin is set, melt it in microwave until liquid form and set aside
  • Then mix the cream cheese mixture and whipped cream with the gelatin

Assembling with the molder

  • Place little bit of cream filling mixture into the mold
  • Add the fruit filling and top it again with the cream filling mixture
  • Place it in the fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight
  • Demold it and serve

  • In a blender, place all the ingredients including the 2 bottles of yakult gold & blend until combined
  • Place the mixture in a clean bowl
  • top it with you choice of fruits( Blackberry, Blueberry, Raspberry, Banana, Strawberry, Oats, & Chia seeds)
  • Serve and enjoy
