  • 1 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1 cup Strawberry
  • 1/2 cup Blueberry
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 4 packs Whipping Powder
  • 2 bottles Yakult Gold
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla
  • 350 grams Mascarpone Cheese
  • 1 box Lady Finger Biscuit
  • Pistachio for Garnish


  • In a pot dissolve 1 1/2 cup of sugar in 3 cups of water
  • Pour the strawberries, Blueberry, and Raspberry into the sugar syrup, stir it up for few minutes
  • Strain all the fruits to remove the excess syrup, set aside the syrup we will still use later.
  • In a separate bowl mix 3 packs whipping powder, 2 bottles of Yakult gold, 1 cup of cream, and 1 tbsp of vanilla
  • Continue whisking while adding the 350 grams of mascarpone cheese
  • In a container layer the lady finger biscuit while dipping it with the sugar syrup.
  • For the second layer cover the lady finger with cream cheese mixture
  • And for the third layer add the fruits
  • Do the layering again untill you fill the container to the top
  • Fill the top layer with cream cheese the garnish with more berries and pistachio.
  • Serve and enjoy
