Ingredients
  

  • Puff pastry squares
  • 3 packs Whipping powder
  • 2 bottles Yakult Gold
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup Whipping Cream
  • 2 tbsp Icing sugar
  • 140 grams Cream Cheese
  • 1 can Cherry filling/jam
  • Melted Butter

Instructions
 

  • In a baking tray, brush puff pastry squares with butter
  • Bake it at 450 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes
  • Combine whipping powder, Yakult gold, vanilla, and whipping cream
  • Whisk till cream doubles in size
  • Then add cream cheese and whisk till combine
  • Start assembling by crushing the puff pasty square in a container
  • Then layer it with cream cheese and cherry filling
  • Do the layering for one more time
  • Garnish with some berries at top then serve

Notes

Always shake your bottle of Yakult before use :)
