Puff Pastry Cheesecake

Ingredients
- Puff pastry squares
- 3 packs Whipping powder
- 2 bottles Yakult Gold
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 cup Whipping Cream
- 2 tbsp Icing sugar
- 140 grams Cream Cheese
- 1 can Cherry filling/jam
- Melted Butter
Instructions
- In a baking tray, brush puff pastry squares with butter
- Bake it at 450 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes
- Combine whipping powder, Yakult gold, vanilla, and whipping cream
- Whisk till cream doubles in size
- Then add cream cheese and whisk till combine
- Start assembling by crushing the puff pasty square in a container
- Then layer it with cream cheese and cherry filling
- Do the layering for one more time
- Garnish with some berries at top then serve
