Cream puffs

Ingredients
- Puff pastry square
- Melted Butter
- Sugar
- Ground Cinnamon
- 400 grams Cream Cheese
- 4 tbs Icing sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 packs Whipping powder
- 2 bottles Yakult Gold
Toppings for garnish
- Cherry
- Pistachio
Instructions
- In a baking tray place puff pastry squares
- Brush each pastry squares with melted butter
- Springkle with sugar and ground cinnamon
- Bake the pastries at 425°F until puffed: Bake just until you see them puff up and just start to brown, roughly 10 minutes
Cream Cheese Mixture
- In a clean bowl mix cream cheese, vanilla, and Icing sugar
- In a separate bowl add 2 bottles of yakult gold and whipping powder, mix it untill it double in size
- Mix the cream cheese mixture and whipping cream
- Assemble the puff pastry by topping it with the cream cheese mixture
- Add additional toppings like cherry and pistachios
- Serve and enjoy
