Chocolate Mousse Cake

Ingredients
- Ready Chocolate Cake Mix
- 2 bottles Yakult Gold
- 3 tbs Chocolate spread
- 1 can Cream
- 3 packs Whipping powder
- 2 cups Whipping cream
Toppings
- Strawberries
- Raspberry
- Blueberry
- Chocolate chips
Instructions
- Bake the Chocolate ready mix as per instruction
- After cooling the cake, scrape the center of the cake then set aside
- In a blender combine the cake leftover, 2 bottles of Yakult gold, chocolate spread, cream, whipping powder and whipping cream
- Blend till creamy and smooth
- Pour the chocolate cream mixture into the cake
- Garnish it with fruit berries and chocolate chips
- Put it on the fridge for 2-3 hours
- Serve and enjoy
