Tom & Jerry Cheesecake
Taste like vanilla ice cream & white chocolate
Equipment
- Mixer
Ingredients
Cream Cheese Mixture
- 3 packs Whipping powder
- 2 bottles Yakult Gold
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 400 grams Cream Cheese
- 1/3 cup Cold Water
- 1 tbsp Gelatin
Cheese Mold
- Whte Chocolate
- Yellow food coloring
- Silicone Cheese Molder
Choice of Fruit Fillings
- Strawberry
- Mangoes
- Berries
Instructions
Cheese Mold Instructions
- Melt white chocolate on a double boiler
- Keep mixing till all chocolate is melted
- Add drops of yellow food coloring
- Place chocolate in the mold & remove any excess
- Place in the fridge untill chocolate is set
Cream Filling Mixture
- Add 2 bottles of Yakult gold and whipping powder in a bowl
- Whisk it until fluffy texture and set aside
- In another mixing bowl, mix cream cheese and vanilla and set aside
- Bloom gelatin using cold water and set aside
- once gelatin is set, melt it in microwave until liquid form and set aside
- Then mix the cream cheese mixture and whipped cream with the gelatin
Assembling with the molder
- Place little bit of cream filling mixture into the mold
- Add the fruit filling and top it again with the cream filling mixture
- Place it in the fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight
- Demold it and serve
