Cold Water

Gelatin
Cheese Mold
Whte Chocolate
Yellow food coloring
Silicone Cheese Molder
Choice of Fruit Fillings
Strawberry
Mangoes
Berries
Instructions
Cheese Mold Instructions
Melt white chocolate on a double boiler
Keep mixing till all chocolate is melted
Add drops of yellow food coloring
Place chocolate in the mold & remove any excess
Place in the fridge untill chocolate is set
Cream Filling Mixture
Add 2 bottles of Yakult gold and whipping powder in a bowl
Whisk it until fluffy texture and set aside
In another mixing bowl, mix cream cheese and vanilla and set aside
Bloom gelatin using cold water and set aside
once gelatin is set, melt it in microwave until liquid form and set aside
Then mix the cream cheese mixture and whipped cream with the gelatin
Assembling with the molder
Place little bit of cream filling mixture into the mold
Add the fruit filling and top it again with the cream filling mixture
Place it in the fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight
Demold it and serve
