Instructions
In a blender, place all the ingredients including the 2 bottles of yakult gold & blend until combined
Place the mixture in a clean bowl
top it with you choice of fruits( Blackberry, Blueberry, Raspberry, Banana, Strawberry, Oats, & Chia seeds)
