  • Blender


  • 2 cup Frozen Mix Berries
  • 3 pcs Frozen Bananas
  • 2 bottles Yakult Gold

Optional Choice's of Toppings

  • Blueberries
  • Blackberries
  • Raspberry
  • Strawberry
  • Oats
  • Bananas
  • Chia Seeds


  • In a blender, place all the ingredients including the 2 bottles of yakult gold & blend until combined
  • Place the mixture in a clean bowl
  • top it with you choice of fruits( Blackberry, Blueberry, Raspberry, Banana, Strawberry, Oats, & Chia seeds)
  • Serve and enjoy
